CRAWLER MOTORS

Our crawler motors are hand wound right here, not by someone else. After they are wound, they are brazed with a Silver brazing rod, NOT SOLDERED, for a strong joint with less resistance than a lead solder. They are then pre-heated and dipped, NOT COATED, in a aero-space epoxy resin and then baked again for 3 hrs. until cured. The comms are then cut and trued. The next step is to dynamically balance them on our Heins MP-1 Balancer.

A special High Torque brush is used that is also very durable and long lasting. These motors are proven winners.
